Please note that Conference refunds needed to be requested, in writing, by March 15th; refunds are not given if you cannot attend due to illness, family emergencies, etc.

Pre-register and SAVE payment options

  1. Credit Card – Everything is done in one click. You will receive a confirmation with the email you logged in with immediately after registering. You will receive nothing else until approximately 2 weeks before the Conference, when you will receive an email with further instructions. Pre-registration by credit card will remain open until April 3, 2017!
  2. Check – Complete the form as indicated, print out the confirmation and send a check for the correct amount, made out to NJMEA, to: NJMEA, 1806 Hwy. 35, Ste. 201 Oakhurst, NJ 07755. Pre-registration by check will end March 10, 2017. All checks must be Received no later than March, 15, 2017. You will receive an email approximately 2 weeks before the Conference with further instructions.
  3. Purchase Orders – You MUST register online first. Choose the PO form of payment, print out the confirmation and have your school send the PO w/the confirmation to the above address. Pre-registration by purchase order will end February 1, 2017. The Purchase Order option will be removed from the registration form on Tuesday, Feb. 21st. The Feb 1st deadline has been extended due to fact that many people have put in for PO approval and must wait for the Board's decision. Most Boards meet by the 3rd week of the month. NO purchase orders will be accepted after Feb. 21st. No exceptions! All payment for PO’s must be received by April 1, 2017. NO purchase orders will be accepted after this date or on-site. You will receive an email approximately 2 weeks before the Conference with further instructions.

NOTE: In order to attend the Wednesday "Pre-Conference" Academy Day you MUST be registered for the FULL Conference. If you register for Thursday only, you will not be admitted to Wednesdays sessions. The Academy Day is full day of sessions, but only in the areas of instrumental, vocal, general and technology.

All conference materials will be available for pick up in the Atlantic City Pre-Registration Booth. No materials will be mailed.
